We understand that you may have a few questions about hosting services, so we tried to answer the most common ones right here. If there's anything that you're still not sure about after browsing this page,

1. Hosting yes, but is it good advice to change my hosting contact?
Well, that is a matter of personal preferences. If you find it advantageous to join our linking program each month for FREE as long as you host with us...and/or on top of that you consider our offer for hosting more attractive than what you have now, then you are a winner.
2. Is there a lot involved to change the hosting contact? Not at all. It is a matter of 3-4 days to have the domain pointed to the other server. You will not
have any circumstances.
3. Does it cost something to change my hosting?
Basically nothing. Our set up Fee of $ 15 has been waived. You even will save money, if your current provider is more expensive and/or you are paying the regular Domain name fee of $ 70 for the first 2 years and $ 35 thereafter!

4. Will 20 MB be enough space for me?
Most (90%) web sites require less than 5 MB! Why pay for storage you will never need. Other services offer huge amounts of space at higher costs because they know their clients will never use that much storage. AND they include the storage of your access log file in the quota. This log file can easily surpass the storage needed for your entire web site in just a few months.
5. Can I register my domain name with you? Yes, that is included in all our hosting plans. You will be the owner of the domain. We do the job and register
it!. So you definitely save money with us. No strings attached!
6. What forms of payment do you accept?
International Wire Transfer and payment through our web site with your Credit Card. For wire transfer we require 6 months advanced payment. For payment via our web site, your Credit Card will be charged monthly. If you decide payment by online check, your bank account will be debited each month (this is for US residents only!).
7. Aren't there less expensive providers on the Internet?
You won't find providers on the Internet that offer all of the features found at Linkspopularity. If you do - let us know! Your have your own CGI’s and FTP access, E-Mail aliases and all features you need for a modern up-to date website - all for a comparatively LOW PRICE. And on top of that: FREE Links Popularity Gold Service (worth $ 19.95/month!) for ALL our hosting plans!!!.
8. What features are offered with your accounts? We offer unlimited access for updates. We also offer a full range of E-mail and CGI scripting features.
9. Can I use my account for commercial purposes? Of course you can use your account for commercial purposes. We encourage you even to do so.
10. Do you offer technical support to customers?
We are happy to assist new customers in setting up their web sites. We encourage our customers to send E-Mail to support@linkspopularity.com with questions or concerns about their web site. We are relatively quick to respond to support E-Mail up to about 10pm PST on week days.
11. Do you also provide web design services? Sorry, we do not offer this. But we can recommend some highly talented companies who do.
12. Can I resell space within my own account?
Yes, you can resell space within your account. However, you will be responsible for its content. All your clients get exactly the services and features as you get. Ask for Resell quote!
13. Can I send mass E-mail with my account?
NO SPAM! Spam is flooding the Internet with many copies of the same message, in an attempt to force the message on people who would not otherwise choose to receive it. DO NOT sign up for an account if you intend to use it for MASS ELECTRONIC JUNK MAIL.
14. Can I host adult sites?
NO ADULT SITES! The servers may not be used to publish Adult Materials or lists of links to such materials. DO NOT sign up for an account if you intend to use it for an ADULT SITE. By the way, those sites are also not allowed to join the link popularity program.
15. How long does it take to set up a new account?
Orders submitted before 6pm (PST) purchased from our web site will usually be processed the same day and ready for use within 24 hours! Once an account is set up an activation notice will be sent you via E-mail. The domain name registration takes 2-3 days. But if all data together, you can begin transferring files to your new Web Site immediately. Domain account users will be given a temporary URL to access their site via the web prior to the completion of either domain registration or transfer.
16. How do I setup an account? Using our online payment, you can apply for your account immediately. It is just a matter of minutes to sign up.
17. Can I transfer an existing domain name to Linkspopularity? Yes. We will help facilitate the transfer of the domain to us. The process usually takes 2-3 days and will not
cost anything extra.
